Asian Peasoup

Asian Peasoup | Asiatische Erbsensuppe

Zutaten (4 Portionen)

Aufwand: gering

500g Erbsen

150ml Kokosmilch

50ml Wasser

1 Daumengroßes Stück Ingwer

1 Scheibe Sellerie

1 Chilischote

Salz, Pfeffer

Zubereitung

Ingredients

Effort: low

500g peas

150ml coconut milk

50ml water

1 thumb-sized piece of ginger

1 slice of celery root

1 chili pepper

salt, pepper

Preparation (4 portions)

This time I prepared some spicy asian peasoup.

First I gave the frozen peas into a pot with 50ml of water and started to cook them.

Meanwhile we can clean the ginger and chili pepper and add them to the peas. Further we can cut the slice of the celery root into pieces and add them to the pot too. Pour the coconut milk over the vegetables and let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes.

As soon as the vegetables are soft-boiled we can put the mixture into a blender. Add further water to get the desired consistency.

The last step is to boil the soup once more and season it with a bit of salt and pepper.

Enjoy it 🙂 !
